• Backyard Garden Oasis B&B provides tremendous value in the Calistoga, Harbin, and Middletown area with beautiful accommodations, a hearty continental breakfast, and some of the lowest rates for its quality in the area.

B&B Rates

• $199 every day includes a continental breakfast served in your cottage.

• You can book a cottage without breakfast for $179 
• Our rates are for double occupancy.  Children under 2 are free. From 2-6 the charge is $15 per night and over 6 $25 per night. An extra adult is also $25 extra per night.  We are limited to one extra person per cottage in the Pisces and Virgo cottages.

• We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express

• Check In between 3 pm and 8 pm and Check Out by 11 am. Special arrangements can be made for early or late check-in.

• Smoking is permitted outside the cottages only.
• The Aquarius cottage is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.

• We are Dog-Friendly!  We welcome dogs in our Pisces or Aquarius Cottages.  Dogs are not permitted to be left alone in the cottage without prior approval of the innkeeper and should be kept on a leash. You are responsible for any damage done by your dog.   $25 per dog, per booking, cleaning fee ... meet our animals here

Deposit

• When a reservation is made, one night's stay plus tax will be charged to your credit card and 7 days before the date of arrival the balance of the reservation will be charged.

• These charges are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• If a reservation is cancelled or modified up to 7days before date of arrival a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay plus tax will be charged to your credit card.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  

Massage Rates

• $90 for one full hour, $135 for 90 minutes
• We can also provide Gift Certificates for your loved ones for either accommodations or massage. Call 707.987.0505 for more information to make a reservation.

Discounts

• Active Military always receives a 10% discount.  We want to show our appreciation for your service.  This rate has been available since the US went to war in 2003.

• Workshop Rates are available for those taking advantage of the excellent teachers at Harbin Hot Springs and in the area. Please call for these rates.
