Backyard Garden Oasis B&B provides tremendous value in the Calistoga, Harbin and Middletown area with beautiful accommodations, a hearty breakfast and some of the lowest rates for its quality in the area.

B&B Rates



• $189 every day includes a continental breakfast served in your cottage.
• You can book a cottage without breakfast for $169 
• Our rates are for double occupancy.  Children under 2 are free.  From 2-6 the charge is $15 per night and over 6, $25 per night.  Any extra adult is also $25 extra per night.  We are limited to one extra person per cottage in the Pisces and Virgo cottages.
• We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
• Check In between 3 pm and 8 pm and Check Out by 11 am. Special arrangements can be made for early or late check-in.
• Smoking is permitted outside the cottages only.
• The Aquarius cottage is wheelchair accessible and ADA compliant.
• We are Dog-Friendly!  We welcome dogs in our Pisces or Aquarius Cottages.  Dogs are not permitted to be left alone in the cottage without prior approval of the innkeeper and should be kept on a leash. You are responsible for any damage done by your dog.   $25 per dog, per booking, cleaning fee ... meet our animals here.

Deposit

When a reservation is made, one night's stay plus tax will be charged to your credit card and 7 days before the date of arrival the balance of the reservation will be charged.  These charge are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled or modified up to 7days before date of arrival a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay plus tax will be charged to your credit card.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Massage Rates

$90 for one full hour, $135 for 90 minutes

Discounts
Active Military always receives a 10% discount.  We want to show our appreciation for your service.  This rate has been available since the US went to war in 2003.

Workshop Rates are available for those taking advantage of the excellent teachers at Harbin and in the area. Please call for these rates.
