$149 on Weekends and Holidays, including a full country breakfast served at the main house. 

 

$129 during the week (Monday through Friday mornings) including a delicious continental breakfast starting with fresh squeezed orange juice.

Double Occupancy .  There is a $25 charge for an extra person.

Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted

Check In between 3 pm and 9 pm.

Check Out is at 11 am

 

Smoking is permitted outside the cottages only. 

One cottage is equipped for the physically disabled and is accessible without stairs.

No pets are allowed.  But there is a wonderful pet sitter service available in sf, marin, east and south bay, and on the peninsula, www.fetchpetcare.com

 

Children are permitted on a limited basis.  Please check with us first.

 

 

Availability and  Reservations

 

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

At the time the reservation is made, authorization is received from your credit card company for the full amount of the reservation. The account will be charged when you've arrived . 

A cancellation may be made only  up to 5 days in advance of the check-in time reserved.  A service charge of $25.00 will be charged for any cancellation.  On Holiday weekends the cancellation may be made only   up to 7 days in advance.

The room will be held until the check-out time for the reservation.
